After a wipe, Bloodlord Mandokir is supposed to position himself where the Vilebranch Speaker was prior to killing him to trigger the encounter. The boss has to reset and place himself below the stairs.
Currently, when a wipe occur, Bloodlord Mandokir starts to run away(mounted on his raptor) from his platform and goes outside his "room" and starts running around the next zone only to come back again after a while to despawn.
It's also impossible to use any abilities on him while he's running like this, the game would tell a message "invalid target" upon doing so.
This issue makes obtaining Swift Razzashi Mount harder.
