I changed my labtop ip using mobile phone. but not working this program. The same error is repeated over and over again. Is there any other way than changing the IP to airplane mode on mobile? I tested it with a list of proxy servers provided by the vendor, but I get the same error.

The Error is standing in the Message ;) Your IP was blocked by Instagram use another Proxy or without...
