@FeiQin92 Hi,FeiQin

Good job and I am very interested in your research, but I have some questions. If I have a CNV matrix of scDNA-seq, can I use FLCNA to identify tumor subclones?

I am looking forward to hearing from you and I would appreciate it very much. Best regards!

Thank you for being interested in our tool. FLCNA requires the read counts data as input. If you want to use your existing CNV matrix, you can try using exiting clustering methods to detect subclones.

@FeiQin92 Hi,FeiQin I am very interested in Fig4 of the article and would like to repeat it. Could you share the code of Figure 4 if possible? I am looking forward to hearing from you and I would appreciate it very much. Best regards
