Bump fluid-soundfont-gm from Suggests to Recommends #14

Currently the fluid-soundfont-gm ( 3.1-5.1 ) does not use the Debian Alternative System

This is not by any means a showstopper, it would just be nice that if the fluid-soundfont-gm were installed it would work "out of the box" as per 738b28608f83c24f14deb2d8b944c5d4cd23dfa9

A little confusing, libfluidsynth2 depends on:

 timgm6mb-soundfont (>= 1.3-3~) | sf3-soundfont-gm

Packages that provide sf3-soundfont-gm can also provide sf2-soundfont-gm Some history on sf{2,3}soundfont-gm virtual packages

e.g.

Package: timgm6mb-soundfont
Version: 1.3-4
<snip>
Installed-Size: 6,218 kB
Provides: sf2-soundfont-gm, sf3-soundfont-gm

I have not been able to find VCS for fluid-soundfont, but source is avialable

[1] sooner than that, it takes two weeks to go from unstable to testing
