5 row qwerty keyboard not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.My 5row qwerty keyboard does not schow on my 3g/os3.01
no matter what settings I use
please help!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I only see the original keyboard

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
3g os3.01

I got 40 iPhone user that are tryieng to run your program to with no luck
(see iforum from nightgamer)
