GriP - provide specific options for separate push notification apps #361

Right now, we can only set how push notifications behave has a whole, but
what would be really usefull would be to be able to set different
behaviours to different apps. Example: i might want updates from a RSS feed
(using Letmeknow app) to be always sticky, but not the same IM apps like
beejive, etc
