It doesnt work wit my iphone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.It doesnt appear on my keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normal keyboard... 4 row

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?

i got i phone 3gs wit jailbreak n unlock by redsnow (3.0)
