Five row keyboard not appearing #383

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed ikeyex and five row keyboard
2.enable 5row keyboard
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
still just 4 row keyboard. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iPhone 3g 3.1.2, I do have intelliscreen installed but no perfomance options in 
there

Please provide any additional information below.
