Mixpanel tracking(credentials required)

We have a mixpanel account that is clearly underused. From what I know it should have 2 use:

1/ Track people actions through creating events - not done yet

2/ email marketing to our users. - For now we are only sending a welcome email to people when they "create an organisation" we would like to change for

• User create an organisation = receive an email, "thanks for joining us we are reviewing your profile for approval" type of message
• They are approved = receive a "welcome email with more info about how to post event and jobs"

3/ For users that sign up = check if they receive an email already.

I think for now the organisations receive a "welcome email" when they sign up BEFORE approval. So I would like: 1/ them to receive an email when they "create an organisation" and are still waiting for approval (so this email is already created but need to change the content) 2/ Another welcome email confirming that we have accepted their approval and letting them know more about how to use our services. (need to create this one)
