Remove VLC dependency from deb packages #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install sopcast-player deb

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Given that it has an internal player and that the external player is 
configurable, VLC shouldn't be automatically installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.4 on Mint Debian Edition

The internal player is based off the VLC player. If you would like to have an 
external player only package please feel free to fork the project. I would be 
willing to help if time permits.
