Minor UI redesign #75

Couple of suggestions for UI:
1. Adding toolbar with buttons. If you are not opening SopCast Player from 
browser, then you want to open some channel. So you want to have access to 
Open... shortcut as fast as possible. No need to force users to make one more 
click. May be some other buttons will find their place on toolbar too, but 
Open... button should be there definetely.
2. Remove all menus that have only one action in them. Again, there is no need 
to force user to make one more click. Group them all in some other menu or 
simply place as buttons on toolbar for fast access.

I will add the options you suggested in the next release. I agree, why not give 
the user the shortest possible paths to the most common tasks. Thank you for 
your input. How would you like to credited in the about section of the app?

use o for open, f or f11 for fullscreen and h for hide/unhide controls. Thanks
