frost walker transforms full(!) water blocks (at the same level as the walker) into ice (in frost walker radius)
the created ice pushes the water away!!!!
After ice melts it creates another block of water
[x] solution: remove water before creating ice
[ ] optional: aggregate water from neighbor (below) blocks when block to be frosted is not full level
