Cache 18 may not be accessible at vanilla costs #14

It is possible to not obtain enough PSI Crystals to be able to purchase Cache 18 after depleting all sources. This presents a problem, as up to 18, Caches may contain progression items.

One way to ensure being able to get the first 18 checks (and beyond) would be to add additional PSI Crystal sources. Idea for this: once all Artifact Rooms have been cleared, a Crystal Deposit is placed at random in an explored room, which can be located via Compass. Keep generating them until all item caches are empty.
