Adding Navbar and Banner #1

In this pull request i've created the structure of my portfolio website and then i added some stylings. @stanleySimeon I need help with this: if you see i put the background image, but i dont know why github pages displays this error when the page is loaded: "to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()". the problem it's with github, because i load my website in netlify and the image load perfectly : https://master--microverse-portfolio.netlify.app/ if you know how to help me please let me know. Thank you

Hello @AbdusSattar-70, can i only let in the "getting started" header the sub-header of set up and delete the others ?

And i have a problem whit the website, when i load my page in github pages the background images don't appear, the message in the console is this "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()". Do you know what is it? @AbdusSattar-70
