Add github action workflow for testing. #18

This is faster than using travis and the configuration is also simpler.

I noticed that you're not removing .travis.yml. Is this intentional? I'd go for switching from travis to github actions, but maybe I'm missing something

Hi Felipe:

I didn't remove it because I didn't want to affect your setup, but If this is fine for you, just remove it.

IIRC there are also some Cask files I think are not needed, maybe they could be removed too.
