Integrate Angular Material Snackbar to display non-intrusive success messages and notifications throughout the application.

Requirements:

Snackbar Integration: Add Snackbar for key user actions (e.g., form submissions, data saved).
Success Messages: Show messages for 3 seconds with a “Close” action button.
Notifications: Use Snackbar for background updates or status notifications.
Custom Styles: Apply theme-based styles (green for success, blue for info).
User Experience: Limit the number of simultaneous Snackbars to avoid overwhelming users.
