Steps to reproduce issue / 重现错误所需步骤

Recent days I found out that when I launch a new tab, it automatically redirects to google.com
I reset my browser, and the new tab behavior was fixed
I enable SwitchyOmega again, then new tab start redirecting again.

Expected behavior / 期望发生的情况

The new tab behavior should not be changed for such a plugin.

Actual (or suggested) behavior / 实际发生的情况（或建议修改后的行为）

All new tab were redirect to google.com, even I launch chrome://newtab manually.

Found solution. I changed chrome://flags/#use-google-local-ntp to Enabled.
