Site specific profile settings are not stored in Vivaldi browser #2220

I'm currently switching from Edge to Vivaldi, but the site specific profile setting directly via menu does not persist when Vivaldi is restarted. Although I don't actually understand the difference, I'm currently working around by adding conditions to the profile.

I have this exact same issue on firefox and chromium too. I guess it's not browser-related.
