Should be SwitchyAuto.pac rather than SwitchAuto.pacc in "automatic configuration script" setting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View IE [Tools]->[Internet Options]->[Connections]->[Lan Setting]-Address

What is the expected output?

What do you see instead?

I added an extension to Google Chrome some time ago, called Switchy.

I tried it and was not happy, so I switched it off.

Chrome loading was starting to get slower and slower, so I checked under the 
hood.

Proxy settings connections then LAN settings,  use Auto configuration script is 
un ticked but in the box is this:

file://C:/Users/Max%20Roberts/AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/User%20Data/Default/Ex
tensions/caehdcpeofiiigpdhbabniblemipncjj/SwitchyAuto.pac?1347203688149

I have ticked the box so that I can delete it, then un-ticked the box.

But it keeps coming back when I start chrome, every time.

I am sure that this is the reason, for the slow connection.

Can you tell me how to remove it for good?
