Loading Switchy Plugin, Can't load the plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Using either of my two saved Privoxy profiles

What is the expected output?
A Privoxy session (blue Privoxy Switchy! plugin icon)

What do you see instead?
Blue Privoxy Switchy! plugin icon shuts itself off (grey)
