Can't Load Plugin. #466

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output?
To be able to go on BBC iPlayer

What do you see instead?
It will go straight to the direct connection rather than switching when I click 
for it to; it said it can't load the plugin.

Operating system:
Mac
