Chrome Ex tension Not Working on MAC - OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
NO steps at all. I just launch my google chrome on Mountain Lion on Macbook Pro.
When I click the extension, there's an exclamation mark at the bottom of the 
drop-down menu of the extension reading "not working properly"

When I click "Not working properly" it shows me this error log:

Same issue here!

Macbook Pro, 10.8.2. I notice this problem has appeared since updated to 10.8.

Same problem here - macbook pro with retina, 10.8.2, plugin not loaded!

Guys, I was able to solve it by downloading "Proxy SwitchySharp". It is the 
same extensions actually. It seems the producer chose to upload it with a 
different name or something. Enjoy.
