Does not work anymore #469

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I change from directo connection to the proxy, the proxy does not work
2.

What is the expected output?
Using the proxy.

What do you see instead?
Instead I use the internet without the proxy.

Operating system:
All | Windows | Mac | Linux

I may be affected by this too for a few days. Switching the proxy in the chrome 
options (actually KDE) works, but switchy no longer switches anything.
