Switch proxy based on host subnet #524

Background:

When I'm in work we use a proxy, when I'm at home or out-of-office I do not use
a proxy, the switch rules are useless as they're based on the destination URL's
which are the same regardless of where I am.

When at home I've to switch to direct, then when I'm in the office I've switch
back, each time I move there's a delay as chrome either try's to talk direct
when there's a proxy or talk to a proxy when it should be direct.

Solution:
Would be nice if Switchy could auto switch between a proxy and direct based on
the host's subnet or if it detects no response from the proxy to default back
to direct.
