Password support is not possible with the Chrome proxy API.

It's not supporting it, but there are working workarounds and solutions in the
store - like the ones that are used by unblocking services, but there is a
standalone app that is achiving this - but it only supports one proxy (not
because of the techninal limitation - it's just they only made it for one.

Sorry... I totally forgot to merge this issue into Issue #173. But I bring good
news.
Password protected proxies are now supported in 2.x.
