在自动跳转规则中，目前只支持URL的正则表达式规则，能否��
�据Site的IP的Location然后选择情景呢？比如所有CN（中国大陆）
的网站不使用代理，其他使用GoAgent

PAC 中导入所有中国的 ip 
地址段应该不太可行……感觉效率会很低
