Make the game a joy to speed-run #40

A timer should be added (could be an optional mode chosen from main menu) that counts the exact time it takes to complete the game. Then add some sort of leader board functionality (online would be rad). As the game is built as a standard Metroidvania, a speedrun mode could be really fun.

Item collection could also be fun to add to the mix of ending stats
