Experiment through Netlify app not sending data to Qualtrics #205

Open yeahyoung opened 1 year ago

What would you like or expect to see?

I have integrated a Netlify hosted experiment to Qualtrics (I have done this before in 2021 and was able to collect data then). At the end of the experiment, the question page on Qualtrics should automatically jump ahead and the data recorded.

What is currently happening?

The Nelify app keep showing me a page "Your form submission has been received, click here to return to site". If I click on the link, it redirect me back to the beginning of the task, making it impossible for the Qualtrics survey to continue. The data containing the form would be saved in the Netlify page, but not in Qualtrics.

If I disable the form on Nelify, then by the end of the experiment it shows a "download data" message on Qualtrics. If I click the message it will download the csv file to my local computer. After I download the data, the question page on Qualtrics still does not jump ahead, making the Qualtrics survey stuck.

Please describe the steps needed to reproduce this phenomenon

I just built a task on Lab.js and used the "upload to Netlify" function to upload it to Netlify. Then I used the method described on https://labjs.felixhenninger.com/ to integrate the task into Qualtrics. I have done this before and it's not working now.
