[Feature Request] Inner/Center/Outer Config #95

Currently, it appears to center align. I need an Outer Config, and an Inner config to use this program properly for my needs. Like so: BordersRequest

How is this different from what we discussed in https://github.com/FelixKratz/JankyBorders/issues/89?

It's not. Order above/below helped me, but I still need to set outline as outer, not center.
