Support notch_display_height property #626

Got the same issues as #513, tried to fix it

@ifedyukin I'm noticing that on non-notched displays the native menu bar seems to vertically position elements slightly higher than on notched displays. Are you seeing this also?

I think for a perfect match with the native menu bar a notch_offset item property may be needed too.
