Writing sorting report for single-end files to file #1

Currently the sorting report is only printed to the screen but not to the sorting or SNPsplit report for Single-End files (while this works fine for Paired-End files).

This is now working. Addressed in 56d1d5bf98d0400638bff11332e8b6aa1ea5e50c.
