Add package to pypi #5

Even its just an alpha/beta please add this package to https://pypi.org/ in order to easy up the installation process.

Yeah, I had the same idea some time ago which is why I created a pypi package already. As I had the feeling that the experiment might be successful I published it under the mjml name (not "-stub"). 😀
