Adding a new menu bar control won't adjust all items' align to left

Adding a new menu bar control by Insert->Menu bar, or by Right-clicking the preview->Add menu bar control will properly set all existing menu bar controls' alignment to left before adding a new item, except when the new item is added by left-clicking the "Add New" message in the menu bar
