Updated Moneychanger to the new API.

Made the Moneychanger main window resizeable, now it is well-supported on lower resolution screens.

Cleaned up the Startup Code (and removed unused settings from Settings screen).

Oh, yeah... Autoload has been disabled... I can re-enable it..
