Tooltip remains after unequipping skill #154

To reproduce:

  1. Open skills menu
  2. Hover over a skill long enough for tooltip to show up
  3. Click unequip
  4. Notice that tooltip for skill is still visible

Nevermind, this is similar but not exactly the same as the issue I fixed.
