Hi

Does this code include the generate stage (using the Diffusion) or only the semi supervised learning stage.

Thanks for using our code. This repository code only includes the semi-supervised learning stage.

The code of our generate stage is based on medFusion.

You can refer to the code of medFusion for medical image generation with LDM.
