Missing csv file `protacs.csv` #2

It is really nice work of protac studying, which gives me a stunning shock :D

However, there is a very tiny misunderstanding: In prepare_data.py, your code reads protacs.csv from a path but I do not find anything in this repo.

Could you please help me to deal with it?

I'm really sorry that I can't provide all the data due to some reason. Here, I add three examples as reference. You can have a try, and don't forget to modify the file path in prepare_data.ipynb since it is just an example.
