I am getting this error while trying to access the admin console after
installation of the generator on Windows 2008 Web Server running IIS7.
I was logged in as Administrator.

I fixed this issue by going to Server Manager -> Roles -> Web Server(IIS) ->
Role
Services -> Add Role Services -> Application Development -> then check CGI.

There's a screen shot here (but ignore the rest of the info as pertains to
FastCGI):

http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/246/using-fastcgi-to-host-php-applications-on-iis
-70/#EnableFastCGI

Would be nice if the CGI role was enabled during the install process, or at
least
mentioned in the installation documentation.

In Windows 7, go to Control Panel > Programs & Features > Turn Windows features
on or off. Then expand Internet Information Services > World Wide Web Services
> Application Development Features and check CGI.
