Smithing #7

I've added the basics of a new Smithing skill.

Now comes the annoying work of making the OnGiveXP recipes (& balancing them), and then editing all the recipes to use them.

Also need skill books, which will need adding to the loot tables.

On the topic of smithing, I have been looking at which weapons have actual models & which have just re-used a vanilla model.

Maybe we should (temporarily?) remove weapons that just re-use a vanilla model?

And maybe we can add in new weapons / recipes to allow crafting of Copper/Bronze/Iron/Steel weapons that just re-use the vanilla model - so you can crafter a 'Steel Axe' that uses the axe model, rather than a 'Steel Halberd' which also uses the axe model.

Not sure if its new, but there is a steel spear model, but all other metal spears are just a pool cue - so we could just make them all use the steel model, even if its the 'wrong' colour, its better than just using a pool cue model.
