import book marks does not appear to work right

I tried to directly import sitting form chrome setting worked find , But could not locate book marks, tried with a direct html find, finally found them, it out all the bookmarks in a import folder and mixed them in with the links in the tool folder, Now I have a extra import folder in the tool bar folder and it will not allow me to delete the, I was able to move all the bookmarks from one folder to the main menu but iam still stuck with a extra import folder in the tools bar, also there does not appear to be a sort by name for the tools bar, Besides the sort by name,a nice feature would be able to select all book marks in the main menu so you sort them by folder instead of having to hold down on the control key and select one at a time to move in their desanated folders

edited I meant to say it will not allow me to delete the import folder or the files inside the infolder
