Mypal crash when I open a video on YouTube #126

After a few seconds of opening the page I get this error and it closes

I have windows xp professional service pack 3 32 bits, mypal started to crash when I installed all the drivers in windows xp, when I open YouTube after a few seconds of opening a video, the browser crashes, this happens to me with pages like bitview and when I try open about:support, I've been trying to solve this for weeks and I haven't been able to, I hope you can help me
