I also got this banner, I was able to use a 2Fa key generator (TOTP client) that I can run locally from my PC that generates a key based on a base-key given by GitHub plus the current time. TOTP clients :

For me it seems to work fine, the important thing to me is that I do not have to give a phone number to GitHub to log in. Of course I would understand if you leave GHitHub because of this. In this case maybe SourceForge could be more convenient than just relying on MSFN. For me it does not matter as I am on both threads.

получаетсо можно хранить setup/secret key и на основе него генерировать код тулзой на любом девайсе?

Так слив всего имхо, вы посомотрите куде этот 360 лезет, чей он. Я увидел что аваст спалися на торговле данных, а авира так просто анальный зонд замаскированый под анитивпус, я пользуюсь курейтом но всё равно запускаю комп с флешки и вытаскиваю сетевой кабель.
