Enable tab unloading by default #413

browser.tabs.unloadOnLowMemory doesn't seem to be enabled by default. For the x86 version where RAM usage needs to be relatively low, it might be a good idea to have this enabled instead of the browser or content process crashing or worst case BSOD.
