Consider making IA-32 build instead of SSE(1), and also making SSE2 build. #422

In my browser testing with New Moon, I found IA-32 and SSE(1) are the same in performance, and only SSE2 shows a noticeable performance increase. So I figure if IA-32 is doable, then it's worth a try to replace the SSE(1) build. Then there should also be a SSE2 build since it gives better performance.

Great, let you ask also IA-8-8008. You know I was running the browser (68.13.8 see) without pranks on real Cel-1200 and 512 ram, assume this is the most weakest machine where it may run. Anyway let somebody who care welcome to do it.

Generally I was not going to deal with SSE version today. But I shall do if you really want, i mean not only you @K4sum1 I wait for replay 5 more users

To be honest, I don't have any working pre-SSE2 hardware. I mostly just see this as a why not since there's no performance difference. Maybe I will get around to an attempt in my fork whenever I start working on it idk.

So you play with virtuals machines then. I prefer spend time for something real. By the way I have got the regression bug marked CVE what and before close it shall not publish the new version. I think this one more week at least https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1667685
