Difference in scroll wheel action #532

I run XP 32bit sp3.

example web page https://search.brave.com/search?q=%22user+was+wearing+a+magnetic+braclet%22

In Mypal V68.14.4b (32bit) My mouse wheel does not scroll the page (unless the cursor is located on the scroll bar)

In Mypal V29.3.0 (32bit) My mouse wheel does scroll the page (regardless of where the cursor is on the screen) (just more user friendly)

sorry i had bookmarks window open. It works when the bookmark window is closed.

The old one works with the bookmarks sidebar on the screen. Do you know why github says "This browser version is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a supported browser."
