Currently only 128x64 single color displays are supported for the project. If you would like to make a feature request for this we can certainly take a look into it.
As a note - This project is no longer maintained. Please check out the Community Edition project and post your feature request there. The Community Edition issues section can be found here: https://github.com/OpenStickFoundation/GP2040-CE/issues
