cinnamon theme #12

It would be nice to see a cinnamon theme for this one. Currently no matching theme is available, so my desktop is bound to look inconsistent if I'm gonna use NumixSolarized.

I don't use cinnamon actively, and numix proper doesn't have cinnamon styling either, so I don't know out of my head how to do that. If you could provide me with a skeleton-theme (or even with colors) that would be awesome (just a link to the source of a theme with cinnamon support would also work)

Unfortunately, I don't know much about theming but I have attached the cinnamon folder that comes with the theme Arc. It looks quite good. Hopefully it will provide some insight. cinnamon.zip
