Apostrophes and Ampersands aren't translated correctly. #40

When scanning a movie that has either an ampersand or apostrophe (&, ') in the 
title causes it to render &#x26; and &#x27; respectively when renamed.

Eg.
Miller's Crossing (1990) > Miller&#x27;s Crossing (1990)
Mum & Dad (2008) > Mum &#x26; Dad (2008)
