Mobile AppRail size #107

The left-hand side navigation for bookmarks shrinks on mobile screens so it is no longer aligned with the menu icon, as it is on desktop. This looks rather odd in my opinion and should be looked into to keep the mobile design in-line with the desktop design.

@pretzL I'm not sure what you mean with keep the mobile design in-line with the desktop design.. Could you please specify this so I can have a look on resolving this ?

@Christonn93 see the attached .gif and notice how the AppRail changes width between mobile and tablet/desktop size, but the menu hamburger icon stays the same. chrome_ddLawiuYA0

With the updated menu on the right side i don't think we need to do anything here? Was looking at tasks that i could do tonight before tomorrows push..
