Read me updates

This relates to #144 should hopefully make it clearer on how to get going.

• Added some more scripts for building individual packages.
• Updated readme
  • install and usage.
  • content creation for the lms.

Some of the content creation stuff could be move to the LMS read me in the future.

As suggested above, I moved details of each package from main README to respective READMEs and added links to them. Hope the changes make sense.
